1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 3–7 business days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

Worn or washed hijabs

Accessories that have been opened or used

Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Defective or damaged items

Incorrect item received

Order cancellation before shipment
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the exchange process.
